Overview
This couse covers the development of the modern world from the Industrial Revolution to the present. This course will help students make connections to various historical themes as well as contemporary topics. Emphasis will be placed on developing writing skills and mastery of content. In addition, the students will be expected to learn terminology, participate in class work, and develop the skills to understand major historical concepts.
